By luck, we came across SKETCHI Architects.
From the very onset, we felt they were the ones we were looking for! Very efficient, pro-active and very practical professionals to work with. They, very patiently (throughout the whole process) listened to all our needs and requirements and put them in sketches straightaway and sought our feedback. We engaged SKETCHI Architects to prepare a range of concepts for the establishment of a secondary dwelling on our property and to then undertake final design and construction plans for the building.
We found Debby and Jochem great to deal with throughout the process and very thoughtful and innovative in their approach and designs. An example of this was sharing an online link with us to a 3D software model of the building, enabling us to get a feel for the space both from within as well as externally. This was of great assistance to us in fine-tuning the final design, as well as helping to choose the external colour scheme.
We would not hesitate in recommending SKETCHI Architects or engaging Jochem and Debby's services again.

After months of being undecisive and hampered by regulations and red tape SKETCHI Architects helped us break through to develop our property. We were pushed for time and had to get the project mobilised over Christmas. SKETCHI was with us all the way, iterating designs and providing clever pragmatic solutions.
